There is 15% washing up charge for all products.

All prices are subject to a delivery charge

The cost for this would depend on your event location.

Usually, £1.00 per mile

Example, for a 20-mile journey the cost will be £40.00.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRE PERIOD
Hire period is for a 5-day period. Please ring to discuss long term hire.

CONDITION OF GOODS
All goods we send out are clean and ready to use. Damaged or missing items will be charged at the replacement cost price as indicated.

CANCELLATION

Cancel with more than 6 weeks before the event, a£50.00 admin charge will apply.

Cancel less than 6 weeks before the event, a 50% charge will apply.

Cancel 1 week or less before the event there will be no refund on any monies paid.

PACKAGING
All goods must be returned in the same packaging as they were delivered in.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All items /goods remain the property of Garden of England catering ltd.

ANY PROBLEMS
Any queries with goods sent out, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery/collection.

PAYMENT
A deposit of £250.00 will be required to confirm the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before the event. Invoices will be sent after the event for any damaged or missing items.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HIRER
Your responsibility for the goods begins when they are delivered to yourselves and finishes when the goods have been collected or brought back to us. You are responsible for looking after all items hired from us to the safe return of the goods, the collection date will be arranged at the time of booking

INSURANCE
It is advised that you insure the goods whilst in your care, and we advise you do this at the replacement cost price, costs of the goods can be found on/with the price list.

 

 

GARDEN OF ENGLAND HIRE LIABILITY

(i) GARDEN OF ENGLAND LIABILITY We will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident or damage caused through the use or misuse of equipment supplied.

(ii) Delivery and collection times given to you are approximate. (Do not worry we have never let a client down)

(iii) We are not liable for any delays caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

You should never use gas appliances below ground level. Gas cylinders should be situated outside.

Our drivers collecting goods are not authorised to return deposits or check or check equipment for any missing or damaged items.

Tablecloths and napkins must not be returned or stored damp or wet. Damage resulting from mildew or other stains and burn marks that do not respond to laundering will be charged at the full replacement cost indicated on the hire section. Candles are not permitted on the tables as the wax stains the material and does not come out in the laundry process.

Our hired equipment is only intended for indoor use. If the equipment is used or stored outdoors you the hirer will be held fully responsible for damage caused by the elements or any other associated hazards. And charged at the replacement cost.

Returned crockery & cutlery must be reasonably free of food and rinsed after use in warm water only, and packed in the containers that they came in. Do not use abrasives or chemicals other than washing up liquid on any of the hired equipment. (we are not asking you to clean everything just remove any food residue.)
